Account Management

How to delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the Tap Guardian app. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm, and all data (including child profiles, usage history, location data, and chat messages) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also request account deletion by emailing privacy@tapguardian.io.

How to cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open your device's Settings, navigate to Subscriptions, find Tap Guardian, and select Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How to export your data

You can request a full export of your family's data by going to Settings > Privacy > Export Data in the app, or by emailing privacy@tapguardian.io.
